Use "A Twinkling Xmas Pair" banners to perk up and bring enthusiastic cheer to your holiday decor.  This is an easy, fast project wonderful for gift giving.  It's a fusible applique project that is good for beginners but a joy to do at any skill level.  These applique templates can also be used for Christmas stockings or pillows.

This pattern features Yolanda's Twinkle fabric line for Blank Quilting.  Each Twinkle fabric has 4 different shades of one color across the width of the fabric.
