Do-Si-Do Quilt Pattern - Straight to the Point Series QW-01

<< Previous in Straight To The Point Quilts Next in Straight To The Point Quilts >>
Price: $9.00
Item Number: QW-01
Designer: Ann Anderson / Susan Mayer
Do-Si-Do is the first in the Straight to the Point Series. Do-Si-Do uses a simple square block with fabric color reversals. One version is dark in the middle and light on outer edges and the other is light in the middle and dark on the outer edges. Blocks are 9" and fast to sew.

All the blocks are set as straight rows. The quilt is then cut and resewn into an on-point setting. The are NO diagonal rows of different sizes, NO setting triangles and NO corner blocks. Our technique makes On-Point sets a snap. See our quick demonstration page.

Note: If your quilting style requires perfect points, this pattern may not be for you. Due to the nature of the technique, the corners of blocks that touch the inside border are slightly trimmed.

And there are FIVE sizes!
Sizes: Baby 50" x 50"
Lap 62" x 75"
Twin 69" x 94"
Double/Queen 94" x 94"
King 107" x 107"

I have just completed the quilt pattern - Contra Dance. I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed making this quilt and that the instructions were clear enough even for a beginner like me. I intend to purchase more of your patterns and know that I will enjoy them just as much.  Thanks for the designs that look like an expert did them but are for 'newbies' like me.
