Trunk Show Program | How To Place a Wholesale Order

QuiltWoman.com has numerous programs to help Quilt Shops sell our products.  After all, the better you do, the better we do!  We are here to help you.

Trunk Show Program

How would you like to host a Trunk Show with very little effort?  We provide the samples and patterns, you reap the rewards!

How does it work?

• Your Quilt Shop will choose 6 samples (from our extensive list) and order 12 patterns of each at Net 30 terms.  All patterns purchased directly from QuiltWoman.com with the samples are returnable for full credit within 30 days.
• Your shop will receive the samples chosen, patterns, and a Trunk Show DVD which contains images of all the quilts for which we have patterns available on QuiltWoman.com. A table top display rack for patterns will be provided upon request. 
  
• Your shop will be required to advertise the Trunk Show in your newsletter.  We encourage additional advertising on your website or any other media that works for you.
• If your shop is in the continental United States, we will pay for shipping the trunk show to you.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.
• If your shop is in Hawaii, Alaska or Canada, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the items to and from your shop.
  
• Your shop will be required to return the samples and patterns not sold.  If you wish to keep the display rack, there is a $19.95 charge.  The Trunk Show DVD is yours to keep.  Your shop pays shipping on any pattern reorders unless they meet our standard free shipping level of $150.
• The samples and any display racks ordered and not paid for are to be returned to QuiltWoman.com within 30 days. If not returned, your credit card will be charged a flat fee of $400.  If you wish to order another trunk show set after 30 days, just let us know and save the cost of shipping any display racks you might have that you don't wish to keep.
  

Complete and Fax, email, or mail this form along with your first choice of 6 samples/patterns you would like.  If any of them are not available, we will contact you for your second choice(s).
