This quilt pattern, Martini Glass & Shaker, was inspired by the renewal of the popularity of the martini and all of the fine martini glass designs that followed in its wake. The quilt design utilizes multiple sewing techniques; traditional piecing, paper piecing and appliqué (for the olive). It looks great in bright and graphic fabrics. This pattern is also an excellent way to use up scraps.
