But a door was opened to not only go back to school, but also to devote more time to sewing and design. It was like being reunited with a long lost friend."

"I've always loved being around fabric and color and at about 10 years old my Mom put me behind a sewing machine and off I went. Being surrounded by a family of very creative and supportive people gave me the guts to put my "free time" sewing to work. I find today's fabrics very inspiring. Sometimes it's difficult to sleep with all the wonderful colors floating in my head. Not only do I have more bags and accessories to design, but I hope to encourage the next generation to find satisfaction in sewing.  I am a very blessed woman who has a network of loving family and friends, but most importantly the love of a Savior who inspires me daily with His creativity."
