Easy Elastic Waist Top Yoke Two Length and Layer Options

Im not sure there is an easier skirt to sew than this flared, elastic waist skirt. The upper yoke panel keeps the bulk to a minimum around the waist while allowing you to play with multiple layers for the skirt portion. The pattern includes 2 lengths and 2 layers for each length, but let your imagination take you on a fun journey from there. You could add another layer, lengthen the lower layer, gather a length of fabric to the yoke, just imagine the possibilities!

This pattern features full sized templates for every size listed, no cutting and taping required.
