Patty Cline - Chestnut Bay Quilting

Patty has been quilting since 1992 when a friend dragged her to a hand quilting class. Quickly realizing she didn’t have the patience for hand quilting, she purchased her first sewing machine at a yard sale for $10 and hasn’t stopped stitching since. After two or three years taking classes and tweaking commercial patterns, she began designing her own quilt patterns. Following the natural progression of a truly obsessed quilter, her garage was converted to accommodate a long arm quilting machine. Now she owns a small quilt shop in Caledonia, New York called Chestnut Bay Quilting.
