This runner looks great in any style of fabric.  Choose a good mix of colors and values (lights and darks).  Try fabrics with metallic details for an elegant look, florals or "country" for a casual look, or consider seasonal or scrappy fabrics.  The possibilities are endless!  This pattern is for a confident beginner (has basic rotary cutting and sewing skills), but also fun for more advanced quilters.  Pattern includes diagrams for 4 layout options.
