The Steppin' Out Quilt Pattern, designed by L&L Studios, features the Licorice Fizz Collection by Carol Van Zandt from Andover Fabrics.  This is a fun quilt pattern with both wall and twin size instructions included.  The pattern can use the TRI-RECS TOOL by EZ Quilting or you can use paper templates which are included in the pattern.
