Firestorm

Our cover photo shows the traditional Storm at Sea block re-interpreted in vibrant hand-dyes to evoke a frightening firestorm. Use hand dyed fabric or try using some of the wonderful commercial tone-on-tones, marbles and mock hand dyes now available.

This versatile pattern would also make a great Sandstorm or Seastorm quilt just by changing colors. We will post more examples once the quilts are completed.

Firestorm is made from three block types; the Storm at Sea Block, Setting Triangles and Corner Blocks. Three size options are included; wall, lap and bed.

Our instruction are very clear but we would still suggest that this is a good quilt for the advanced beginner or intermediate quilter who wants a spectacular result.
