to your satisfaction, you may return a product. Please e-mail, fax or
phone us before you ship the product back. You have 30 days from date
of purchase to return a defective product for a refund or exchange. The
product must be unused and in it's original condition. Please include
either a copy of the invoice or the invoice number and your name and
address. We will refund shipping - one-way. We will pay shipping on

I have just completed the quilt pattern - Contra Dance. I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed making this quilt and that the instructions were clear enough even for a beginner like me. I intend to purchase more of your patterns and know that I will enjoy them just as much. Thanks for the designs that look like an expert did them but are for 'newbies' like me.
