Shipping Policy
We charge you the actual shipping charges, based on weight. Our goal is to keep our shipping charges as low as possible.
Shipping within United States
For customers in the USA, if you wish to see what your shipping charges will be, View Your Cart, enter your zip code, and click on the "Get Rates" button. The actual shipping and handling fee will appear. Packages are shipping either United States Postal Service or FedEx. Depending upon the weight of your order, you may have the option to choose your shipping option. Typical charges are:
1 pattern - shipping is approximately $1.00 (zip code dependent)
5 patterns - shipping is approximately $2.50 (zip code dependent)
Orders over $175 are shipped free of charge within the USA
International Shipping
Orders are charged the actual shipping costs as determined by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Below is an explanation of how the shipping charges are calculated, with Canada and Australia used as examples. Rates are current as of August 2011. Keep in mind our quilt patterns typically weigh 1.5 ounces each while our Brensan Clothing patterns average 6 ounces. Up to 15 quilt patterns or 1 to 3 Brensan Patterns - USPS Flat Rate Envelope shipping cost is $11.35 (Canada and Mexico) or $13.95 (all other international locations).
Up to 20 pounds - USPS Flat Rate Box shipping cost is $27.95 (Canada and Mexico) or $45.50 (all other locations outside the USA) plus $1 handling charge.
During the business week, we normally ship your order within two days on credit card and PayPal orders. We will notify you if we cannot do this for your items. Items paid by check will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of the check. If you are paying by check, send the check to:
