Toby has been designing quilts for magazines and fabric companies for
years and is now making her designs available as patterns.
Toby is an award winner quilter and won First Place in the Small Wall
Division at the 2005 American Quilt Society show in Paducah with her
quilt titled, "Celestial Crowns".
