The quilt as shown was made by cutting up pre-cut 10" square Layer Cakes or Tonga Treats, but this quilt pattern is a great opportunity to use up scraps. Using a very dominate solid color for the accent fabric is very important to make the design pop! The blocks are made using a "partial seam technique" which is fully explained in the directions.
