Fat Quarter Friendly!

Stars for Audrey uses a star block and a center square block. You can use a wonderful multicolor print for the stars or you can use a different fabric for each star. The pattern includes fabric requirements for yardage and Fat Quarters.

The baby size quilt is shown below and has alternating stars and center square blocks. The lap, twin and queen has a cluster of stars in the center with a circle of stars on the edges. The center square blocks on the edges have been cut and form a "toothed" border.

All the blocks are set as straight rows. The quilt is then cut and re-sewn into an on-point setting. There are NO diagonal rows of different sizes, NO setting triangles and NO corner blocks. Our technique makes On-Point sets a snap.  See our quick demonstration page.

Note: If your quilting style requires completely perfect points, this pattern may not be for you. Due to the nature of the technique, the corners of blocks that touch the inside border are slightly trimmed.
