One of our quilt pattern designers got a thrill the other day. Barb Sackel was in her local grocery store and picked up the August/September 2013 issue of The Quilter Magazine.
While flipping through it, she was thrilled to discover that there, within a full page Northcott ad for their Stonehenge Meadow fabric line, was her quilt pattern Meadow Path! What a lovely surprise!
Barb designed Meadow Path using the Stonehenge Meadow fabric collection (don't you just love ALL the Stonehenge fabrics?).
Using a panel as the focus of the quilt, Barb has brilliantly framed the idyllic meadow scene with the complementary fabrics from the collection. With a skill level of Advanced Beginner, piecing this beautiful quilt can be accomplished by anyone with some quilting experience. The pattern can be purchased as an instant download or be shipping to you as a paper pattern. Congratulations Barb! How thrilling to be in print unexpectedly between produce and the deli!
