Designer Bio - QLD - QuiltLily Designs - Karen Pratt

Inspired since childhood to sew, Karen Pratt has been quilting since the mid 1990’s and has been designing her own patterns for over 10 years as QuiltLily Designs. Karen takes pride in treating quilters to quilt designs with visual interest with clear and concise directions.

In addition to designing, Karen also travels across the northeast teaching, speaking, and hosting quilting retreats. The name QuiltLily Designs, was created by merging her two passions; quilting and hybridized daylilies. Karen makes her home in the beautiful Berkshires of western Massachusetts.

QuiltLily Designs, original designs by Karen Pratt, offers both pieced quilt patterns as well as Redwork/stitchery patterns (artwork by Cindy Riggs-French).
