The Stars of the Heartland quilt pattern was first published in Quilt Magazine's June/July 2009 issue. This pattern makes a generous double sized quilt using the Ohio Star block. Also included are patterns for matching pillow shams and a pillow.

The fabric used in our sample is Heartland II by Jeanne Poore for Marcus Fabrics.
