A Circle of Friends Table/Wall Mat Pattern PLP-259 - Paper Pattern

These sweet snowy friends are such a delight to create! Stitch them up using wool felt or wool.  The scalloped version measures approximately 13 inches. The round version, without the black scalloped layer, measures 10 1/2 inches and fits perfectly on a metal stand. This design could also be enlarged to make a fun Christmas tree skirt!
