The name Greenbriar comes from one of my favorite John Wayne movies The Horse Soldiers. It was the plantation where Colonel Marlowe met Miss Hannah Hunter.

Rich colors and easy piecing combine for a dynamic quilt pattern. The sample quilt is made using Briarcliff by Audrey Wright for RJR Fabrics.
