Scraps and solid black makes a fun kite quilt.  Blocks can be made using the Kite dies from the 8" QUBE set from Accuquilt (or Kite die #55254) or use templates provided. Yardage also provided for other QUBE/ Kite sizes! Pieced quilt pattern. Pattern includes instructions for two sizes. 

Sample Quilt was made with a scrappy binding.
