Starshine quilt pattern was designed for that man in your life - or not! Let's face it, men don't like to sleep under flowery and girly quilts. This quilt pattern is the perfect solution. Use 1 1/2" batik jelly rolls or your own stash. Of course, this pattern can be adapted for anyone else by using other fabric choices and great for a stash buster.

Starshine was designed so the top two rows cover the pillow area displaying the handsome paper foundation star in the center of the bed. This pattern is so easy and fun to make!

This variation of the New York Beauty block is user friendly to make. The star points are paper pieced. But use the designer's freezer paper method of applique with no raw edges or difficult curved seams to sew to complete the star.
