Use a lengthwise border print, such as the one in Northcott’s Cutie Hooties flannel collection by Julie Dobson Miner, to simplify and add interest to a throw or twin sized strip quilt pattern. Alternately, choose any lengthwise border with 4 repeats across the width and that can be sub-cut into 6" and 4 1/2" sections.

Lap and Throw: 61" x 80 1/2"
Twin: 73 1/2" x 93"
