Wings Across the Pond is a beautiful, and unique quilt pattern!

A variation on LeMoyne Star blocks made with a kaleidoscope technique used to create the feel of wings over water. Fabric shown in the sample quilt is P&B Textiles Koi Pond fabric and QT Fabrics Aura Watercolor Blender.

Stack ‘N Whack is a fun technique that produces unpredictable kaleidoscope blocks. When choosing your focus fabric, look for medium to large scale prints with a variety of colors and shapes for the best result. The number of blocks you get will depend on the measurement of the print’s repeat – how often the pattern repeats itself.
